Dear Parents/Carers
ON-LINE GAME INFORMATION FOR PARENTS: If your child plays on-line games etc, then you may find the following website useful. It shows ratings and extra information for on-line games and should be helpful for parents and guardians. https://www.commonsensemedia.org/
Siarter Iaith Cymraeg / Welsh Charter: As you may be aware, Ysgol Craig y Don have an exciting opportunity to partake in a National Enterprise called Cymraeg Campus, which aims to increase the number of Welsh Speakers in the country. In addition to this, celebratory activities and raising more awareness of Welsh Culture and Heritage is a main aim. We are very proud of how we approach this challenge as we have been well on the way to achieving its aims regardless of the National Enterprise. However, to support our aims, please come on board and join us in this exciting challenge by checking out www.bbc.co.uk/wales/learning/learnwelsh
There are many fun activities on the website. Please encourage your children to work through the games and activities with you.
