Dear Parents/Carers
McMillan Cake Sale – this will be held next Friday 1st October. Cakes will be available for pupils to buy on the day for .50 pence each – donations of cakes gratefully accepted on the day!
Dogs – Please can we remind parents/carers that dogs (except assistance dogs) are NOT allowed on school premises – this means they should not come into school through the gates (even if they are being carried).
Covid Symptoms- Reminder – We do still have Covid measures in place although some have been relaxed and our response to a positive case will not lead to whole contact groups being asked to isolate. One of the key factors in ensuring the success of the current measures is that we keep the virus out of school. Therefore, we ask you to ensure that you do not send your child to school with any Covid symptoms or if they are unwell.
LOST PROPERTY – a number of cardigans/jumpers/water bottles etc have been left in school without any names on them. Please ensure you label all your childrens’ belongings. Thank you.
CYCLE TRAINING DATES for Years 6 – reminder – CCBC will be conducting their last Cycle Training session for Year 6 this Tuesday 28th September – please ensure that your children bring their bike/helmet to school on that day. Thank you
Year 5’s cycle training dates have changed (parents/carers have already been e-mailed) – their cycle training will now take place on Thursday 11th, 18th and 25th November.

Film Night Years 1 and 2 (Conwy, Cybi and Clwyd), 3-4.30pm on Wednesday 13th October, £2.50 per child to include a drink and crisps. If you would like your child/ren to attend, please pop the correct money in a sealed envelope marked with your child’s name and class – this can then be handed to the class teacher on the morning of 13th October. The Film Night will start at 3pm straight after school and children can then be collected as normal from the Infant Yard at 4.30pm.
