Dear Parents/Carers
Please ensure that pupils arrive punctually in the morning. Late arrivals are causing us many issues. Please also ensure that you arrive promptly at the appropriate time to collect your child at the end of the day. Unfortunately, if persistent lateness continues we will have to refer the matter to our Education Social Worker.
We have received requests from parents for work to be provided by the school for pupils while they are off school due to illness. It is not normally the school’s policy to make such provision in such circumstances. However, as things are due to the current situation, with the likelihood of pupils isolating at home increasing all the time, we are developing a blended learning approach which will mean that pupils who are not able to attend school will be able to access learning online. We will send more information out very soon.
Lost property cannot be stored in school. We are doing all we can to reunite the rightful owner with their property, but all too often the items do not have the owners name in them, making this impossible to achieve. Please remind your children to bring everything home with them and PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE write their name on the labels of their clothing and the outside of their drinks bottle.
