Complaints
The school recognises that, despite best efforts, people may sometimes wish to raise complaints.
The school has a procedure for handling complaints which is outlined in the Complaints Policy. This procedure sets out the steps that will be taken to ensure complaints are properly investigated and dealt with in a timely manner.
If you wish to make a complaint you should, in the first instance, make an appointment with the Headteacher to discuss the matter. If this does not resolve the issue, the next steps are defined in the school’s Complaints Policy available on the school’s website or on request from the school.
