YSGOL CRAIG Y DON’S GOT TALENT/CRIW CRAIG Y DON CONCERT
Wednesday 24th May at 6.30pm in the School Hall
This year has seen the school achieve great things in the Eisteddfod. Both the Cân Actol and the Côr Derdd Dant have qualified for the National Eisteddfod in Bridgend during the half term holidays. This is down to the consistent hard work and commitment of all the pupils and staff involved. They will be representing Llandudno and the County on a national stage but more than this, they will be representing Ysgol Craig y Don. We are extremely proud of them.
We need to raise funds to cover the cost of taking part in the Eisteddfod and the school will be holding a concert on Wednesday 24th May at 6.30pm in the School Hall. All the pupils who have taken part in the Eisteddfod this year will be performing and it promises to be a fantastic evening. Tickets are £3 for adults and £1 for children and are available from the school office.
We are also selling raffle tickets to raise funds, they are available at £1 a go and the prizes include a Dinner for Two Voucher for Dylan’s new restaurant, a Zipworld Family Voucher and a rugby ball signed by the 2017 Cup Winning RGC Squad and many more prizes. A list of the prizes can be seen on the school website. The raffle will be drawn at the concert. Raffle tickets are available from the school office.
Please can parents complete the ticket request slips and return to your child’s class teacher. Tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Children must be accompanied by an adult. There is no charge for babes in arms. Please note that there is no room for pushchairs in the hall.
Thank you for your support.
